Follow up consultation

This second consultation can take place once the client has considered the concept design and estimate. It is about rearranging, editing, and optimising and deciding on the design. This consultation is also free of charge. Detailed designs are also available on request.

After this stage we can proceed to construction, subject to finalising a schedule and contract of works.
