Process: How We Work

From initial consultation to completion there is a clear six stage process leading towards a finished building:

1. Free initial consultation/site visit
2. Concept designs presented
3. Follow up consultation
4. Contract and schedule
5. Construction
6. Handover

Step 5: Construction

After the deposit has cleared construction will commence. A further payment of 50% will be required at an agreed mid-point, and a further 25% on completion of the project.
