From initial consultation to completion there is a clear six stage process leading towards a finished building:

1. Free initial consultation/site visit
2. Concept designs presented
3. Follow up consultation
4. Contract and schedule
5. Construction
6. Handover

Step 4: Quotation, Contract and Schedule of works

When the client is satisfied with the concept design and price we will produce a full quotation, schedule of work and contract of works to be given approval.

This will be signed by the client and by a representative of Energy Space Ltd. A deposit of 25% of the overall contract cost will be required to have cleared in our account before we can start the construction schedule.
