From initial consultation to completion there is a clear six stage process leading towards a finished building:

1. Free initial consultation/site visit
2. Concept designs presented
3. Follow up consultation
4. Contract and schedule
5. Construction
6. Handover

Step 3: Follow-up consultation

This second consultation can take place once the client has considered the concept design and estimate. It is about rearranging, editing, optimising and deciding on the final design. This consultation is also free of charge.

After this stage we can proceed to construction, subject to finalising a schedule and contract of works.
