From initial consultation to completion there is a clear six stage process leading towards a finished building:

1. Free initial consultation/site visit
2. Concept designs presented
3. Follow up consultation
4. Contract and schedule
5. Construction
6. Handover

Step 2: Initial concept design

Having considered your requirements, we will send you a concept design (plan and elevations) to show you how the finished building will look. This will incur a one-off fee of £160 which we will absorb into the cost of the building should you then decide to go ahead with construction.

The concept design will be tailored to your needs and budget, although it will still be very flexible at this stage.

Along with the concept design we will send you an all-inclusive estimate of the cost of your building.

Once the design and the estimate have been considered, the next step is to contact us to arrange the follow-up consultation.
