From initial consultation to completion there is a clear six stage process leading towards a finished building:

1. Free initial consultation/site visit
2. Concept designs presented
3. Follow up consultation
4. Contract and schedule
5. Construction
6. Handover

Step 1: Free initial consultation/site visit

The site visit can be arranged to suit you. It will take approximately one hour and has these key objectives:

• Viewing the garden and discussing potential sites
• Discussing your needs, expectations and vision of the finished product
• Finding the best South-facing spot
• Conduct a preliminary site survey, i.e. taking measurements, checking access, etc.
• Looking through our portfolio
• Discussing budget and scheduling alongside the design options
• Taking down your details

If you are based outside the M25 we usually conduct the initial consultation by telephone and would require images of the site to be sent via email or post.
